Presented by Ratho Farm, Drink Tasmania Premium Tours and Destination Cellars as part of Tasmania’s inaugural Whisky Week, 40 guests have the opportunity to spend a weekend with industry distillers in the Tasmanian Highlands.
Join Redlands head distiller Dean Jackson on an in-depth distillery tour of the new premises at Dysart House, Kempton. Tour includes walking you through every process of whisky distilling at our heritage coach house distillery.
The distillery will open its doors to the public from 10am until 4pm. Includes a complementary drink on arrival, tour of the distillery (starting on the hour) followed by a sampling of the Whisky range, including from 20L casks.
Return bus transfer from Brooke Street Pier to Tasmania Distillery, Cambridge.
Join father and son distiller and brewer as Peter Bignell matches his Belgrove Rye whisky, spirits and other concoctions to his son Tom Bignell's T-Bone beers.
